1.100% Refund or remake one if your items are defective, damaged or mis-shipped. If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier, which should be included in your returned package.
2.Wrong item are returnable.
3.Wrong color are returnable.
4.Wrong size are returnable (We 100% accept return if we made the dress with wrong size. But we don't take responsibility if the customer offered us the wrong size)
Return Process
- Submit a return request to send us email (Email address: daisystyledress@gmail.com) within 2 days upon receiving your order. Please include an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your return.We reserve the right not to accept the returns without prior approval from our Customer Service.
- Once our Customer Service has approved your request, we will provide you a return address. Please send the item(s) through your local post office within 3-5 business days after getting the return address. Please offer us the tracking number after sending the dress out.
- All the return item(s) will go through inspections. We will process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned. Once the refund has been processed by us, it usually takes 10-15 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may levy a small transaction charge.
- Original shipping fee & return shipping fee will not be refunded.
Please Note: we reserve the right not to process the refund if they are returned in unacceptable condition.
Items that cannot be returned or exchanged
1)Custom sizes and custom color items.
2)Custom-made items
3)Items that have been worn, changed or damaged like altered, dyed, etc.
4)We do not accept exchange just because customers do not like the style even it is right for everything. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
5)Slight size difference or tiny color difference will be pemmitted, it cannot be returned. Please kindly understand. As all the dresses are handmade work. And we also cannot guarantee that the color shown on your monitor will 100% match the actual garment. Variations of light and reflections on the original photograph as well as differences in computer monitors and printers may make color tones appear slightly different than the actual fabric. We won't take this as wrong color case. Hope you can understand.
6)As all items (including standard size) are made-to-order, we cannot afford to accept the ‘buy-many-keep-one’ purchase. Our customer service team may cancel an order believed to have been made with that intention.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our clothing and some accessories are made-to-order, whether you ordered a standard size or custom measurements, the materials cannot be reused once the creation begun. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details.
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
- Orders cancelled within 24 to 72 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund, consisting of full shipping cost and 80% of the product purchase price.
- Orders cancelled within 72 to 120 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund, consisting of full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
- Orders cancelled beyond 120 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund of full shipping cost only.
- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Color Mismatch
The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on the site. Slight color aberration may not mean that the dress is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are positive that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer an exchange service for any products at this time. Because all items are made-to-order, we do not have ready-made dresses or products that can be shipped in exchange for your returned items. You will need to return unwanted items (if eligible per the return policy), and then place a new order for the replacement items. All new orders are subject to the current production period.
Custom Taxes
Except Unite States, most buyers need to pay customs taxes, in order to save cost for you, we have marked around $30-40.00 on the invoice, then you just pay less taxes, please note that it's express help customs collect this payment, it is not shipping cost, as shipping cost has already paid before sending.
